Excalibur and Stained-Glass Shield: Chapel rewards
Obtain and equip Fist of Talos, trigger the Arthur fight at the sword pedestal in Chapel, then collect Excalibur and Stained-Glass Shield after the fight.
You can use the steps to jump to the corresponding map locations; when crossing regions, follow routes already open in the game.

Detailed steps
If you have not obtained Fist of Talos yet, first go to Throne of the Builder in Clock Tower, defeat Talos, and absorb the post-battle reward orb. If already obtained, you can proceed directly to the next step.
Success signal：Fist of Talos is already in Tarot Arcana.
Show images and rewards
Equip “Fist of Talos” in the Tarot Arcana panel, then go to the Chapel in Notre-Dame. Land and stand firmly before the Excalibur sword pedestal, then interact to trigger the Arthur fight.
Success signal：Arthur fight begins.
Note：Fist of Talos must be currently equipped; merely keeping it in your inventory or equipping the similarly named weapon Fists of Talos will not unlock the sword pedestal.

Shield cycle: lowering the shield does not mean an opening
Attacks: After raising the shield, it may be lowered steadily or followed by a shield slam. The shield slam also releases fragments as it comes down; do not watch only whether the shield has lowered.
How to dodge: When you see a shield slam, first move out from under the shield, then avoid the scattered fragments; when the shield is lowered steadily, keep watching; do not rush straight in for a long combo.
When to counter: Attack briefly once both the shield slam and fragments clear the approach route, or after a melee attack has definitely missed. Lowering the shield itself does not guarantee lasting safety; retreat when the shield or an arm is raised again.

Beam cycle
Attacks: With the shield lowered, a beam is prepared and fired; fragments and other attack objects will also be on the field.
How to dodge: First move out of the beam’s path, then check the ground underfoot and the approach route; do not focus only on Arthur recovering from an attack.
When to counter: The recovery phase after firing the beam is a chance to approach; first confirm the path is clear, then attack briefly.
Jumping shield slam cycle
Attacks: Jumps toward the player’s position and slams down with the shield.
How to dodge: As it jumps, move sideways away from the landing point; avoid retreating into a corner and losing room to keep moving.
When to counter: After the landing slam ends, move in to counterattack. Retreat promptly when high or low close-range attacks start again.
Defeat Arthur, complete the post-battle story sequence, and absorb the reward orb.
