How to obtain
First defeat Talos at the Throne of the Builder in Clock Tower and absorb the reward orb to obtain Fist of Talos. With this Tarot Arcanum currently equipped, go to the Chapel in Notre-Dame, land and stand firmly in front of the sword pedestal, then interact to trigger the Arthur fight. Defeat Arthur and absorb the post-battle reward orb to collect Excalibur and Stained-Glass Shield. Owning the arcanum without equipping it will not activate the pedestal; the similarly named weapon Fists of Talos is not a substitute.
