Browsing and essential operation
Our hosting and delivery services process connection information such as IP address, requested URL, browser details and request time to deliver pages, troubleshoot errors and protect the site. JUYEV uses Cloudflare for content delivery and security. Pages also include Cloudflare performance measurement code for site traffic and loading performance. This is a separate integration from optional Google Analytics; this site’s Cookie panel controls only the optional services explicitly listed in it. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your Cookie settings
Google Analytics loads automatically when you open a page and sends page-use measurements without requiring a click on our Cookie panel. Analytics storage is enabled by default outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland; in those regions, Google Consent Mode uses cookieless measurement until analytics consent is given. An explicit rejection in our panel stops new GA measurements through this site’s integration, although the library may still load. You can reject optional storage, choose purposes in Settings, or accept the available optional purposes. Close or Escape does not give consent. Use Cookie settings in the footer to reopen your choices and withdraw consent at any time. Rejecting optional purposes does not block browsing, maps or task progress.
Browser storage
newys.consent.juye.v2: first-party local storage used to remember your choices, decision time and the configured providers. Choices are valid for 180 days; after expiry or a relevant provider change, the regional defaults described above apply and the panel is shown again. Default operation is not recorded as a visitor’s explicit consent. The stored entry remains in your browser until overwritten or cleared. If storage is unavailable, a choice lasts for the current page only.
newys:quest:*: first-party local storage for task checkmarks you choose to save. It stays in this browser until you reset that checklist or clear site data. It is not a game save or a cloud-synced account. Older newys.consent.v1 choices do not grant permission under this policy.
_ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics cookies, used when analytics storage is allowed by the regional defaults or your saved choice. Our tag is configured with a 30-day lifetime and without automatic expiry renewal. Browser restrictions may shorten this. Withdrawing analytics stops new events through our integration and attempts to clear accessible first-party GA cookies; it cannot recall data already transmitted. You can clear remaining cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
Google Analytics
When measurement is active, Google Analytics processes page use and technical information, including page address without query parameters in events sent by our integration, page title, browser/device information and performance measurements. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our tag configuration. Google processes the data under its own terms and privacy policy, including processing outside your country. Server-side retention is controlled by the Google Analytics property and applicable Google policies; a cookie's 30-day lifetime is not a promise to delete all server-side data after 30 days. Google AdSense: not yet active
JUYEV has applied for Google AdSense and publishes ads.txt for publisher verification. Advertising is currently disabled; ads.txt does not itself set an advertising cookie. Before enabling advertising we will update this policy and the available consent choices to match the actual configuration.
When enabled in the future, the official AdSense library will load automatically with the page. Advertising requests remain subject to Google’s applicable consent requirements and any explicit rejection saved in our panel. Google and applicable advertising partners may use cookies or other identifiers, IP address and device information to deliver, measure and protect ads. Google's use of advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites. Personalized advertising requires the relevant permission and, where required, a Google-certified consent management platform. This site's simple Cookie settings panel is not a certified advertising CMP. Google advertising preferences are available in My Ad Center; see Google's advertising technologies.
Contact, retention and your rights
If you email us, we use your address and message to respond and handle the reported issue. We keep correspondence and operational records only as needed for the purpose, security, dispute handling or applicable obligations; retention varies by record and service. We do not use Cookie settings as permission for unrelated processing.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. Send a request to the contact above with enough detail to identify the data; we may ask for proportionate verification. Withdrawal does not undo processing already performed.
External sites and children
Links to other sites are governed by those sites' policies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through optional analytics without the consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and respond.
Changes
We will update the date and this policy when our practices change. Material provider changes invalidate the prior saved choice. The regional defaults and advertising consent requirements described above then apply until you make a new choice.
