Go to the scales of justice in the Court of Justice in Paris Streets. Progress here comes through a stat trial; no regular battle is required first.

How to clear
Phase one
Preparation: Reach at least 32 stat units
Moves and states
Divide maximum HP and maximum MP separately by 10, discarding remainders; the combined total must be at least 32 units; 200HP／120MP passes; 195HP／125MP provides only 31 units.
Dodging and handling
If insufficient, raise the maximums first to obtain complete 10-point units. Drinking potions before interacting does not increase the maximums.
Counterattacking and advancing
Once the requirements are met, interact in front of the Scales of Justice in the Court of Justice; this is an attribute test; no regular boss battle is required.
Phase two
Test: 32 rounds of deductions
Moves and states
After interacting, HP and MP are automatically refilled. Each round deducts 10MP first; if MP is below 10MP, it checks for at least 10HP and deducts health.
Dodging and handling
HP deductions leave at least 1 HP, but each round still requires 10 HP beforehand. Exactly 10 HP is enough for the last round; reaching 1 HP earlier does not let you pay for another round. Complete the test as prompted; when calculating the minimum requirements, do not count extra recovery during the test toward the base threshold.

After completing 32 rounds, advance the Saint Louis storyline and interact with the reward orb.

Claim rewards
Moves and states
After passing the Scales of Justice, claim Chains of Justice and Valmanway.
Dodging and handling
Wait until the reward interaction ends and confirm the ability has been acquired before leaving.
Counterattacking and advancing
If you came for the Four Virtues Trial, you must also go to the Justice Trial and ring the verification bell; the Scales of Justice reward does not replace trial registration.
