First defeat Succubus and obtain Life Drain, then complete the Eleanor story sequence at the mausoleum in Holy Innocents' Cemetery and absorb the reward orb.
Before claiming it, confirm that you have obtained Life Drain and have not yet obtained Mirror Walk.

Detailed steps
Go to Belmont Manor in Hall of Mirrors, defeat Succubus, and complete the post-battle story sequence.
Success signal：The battle ends, and the reward orb from Succubus appears.
After obtaining Life Drain, go to the tomb in Holy Innocents' Cemetery and advance Eleanor's storyline near the map marker.
Success signal：Complete Eleanor's storyline and proceed to collect the reward orb.
Note：If it does not trigger, first check whether you have collected Life Drain; it will not trigger again in saves where Mirror Walk has already been obtained.
