Mirror Walk · Eleanor · Reward orb

First defeat Succubus in Belmont Manor in the Hall of Mirrors, then absorb the post-battle reward orb to obtain “Life Drain”. Then go to the mausoleum in Holy Innocents' Cemetery, complete Eleanor’s story, and interact with her reward orb to obtain Mirror Walk. Saves that already have Mirror Walk will not trigger this reward scene again.
