Leon
Keep enough distance to read the wind-up. If you remain in front after the second claw swipe, a third follows; moving behind him may trigger a turning attack instead. Dodge that final strike, then attack briefly during the recovery.
Entry requirements
Go to the Leon battle room in Paris Streets, then enter the arena and progress through the first battle.

How to clear
Combat tips
The high kick’s recovery can still lead into a swing; a pause between swings can also lead into another swing or a downward slam. Dodge the full sequence first; preferably attack briefly after the slam’s landing impact ends.
Phase one
Lower-level combat: Claws and cross
Moves and states
At close range, it uses a claw combo: if you remain in front after the second swipe, a third follows; moving behind may make it switch to a turning attack; when you move farther away, it throws a cross.
Dodging and handling
Once the claw attack starts, move out of close range and keep watching for the third swipe or turn; when the cross flies toward you, face it and swing the starting Longsword early to eliminate the projectile.
Counterattacking and advancing
Wait for the third claw swipe or turning attack to end, then attack briefly. Approach only after confirming the cross has disappeared; do not chase the opponent while taking hits from the returning projectile.
Phase two
Upper-level combat: Kicks, consecutive swings, and downward slams
Moves and states
The close-range kick recovery can still lead into a whip-cord swing. At the end of a swing, distance and the accumulated count are checked: if close to Rose or after at least three swings in total, a downward slam may follow; otherwise, swinging continues after a brief pause.
Dodging and handling
Keep a stable footing on the platform, avoiding the area in front of the kick and the swing path. Keep watching even when the swinging pauses briefly; do not immediately move closer; when the slam comes down, stay clear of both sides of the landing point; the impact does not cover only the area directly underneath.
Counterattacking and advancing
Prefer brief attacks only after the slam’s landing impact fades and the enemy itself has clearly paused. Neither the rise after the kick nor the pause between the two swings is suitable for long combos; after returning to the lower level, deal with the claw attacks and the cross again.
