Chauve-Souris
The cursed weapon of Dracula's lieutenant. When thrown, it will try to chase up to two consecutive targets, piercing any enemy on the way.
How to obtain
First defeat Isaac in Heart of the Clock in Clock Tower and complete the post-battle story. Absorb the reward orb to obtain Chauve-Souris; the same post-battle sequence also makes the weapon chest at the marked location accessible. Both markers are post-battle rewards for Isaac, not chests you can claim directly before the battle.
