Creating Items

Research steps

1. Take diagrams to craftsmen with the proper skills to have them craft the item for you.

   Caution：Keys shown use the default PC QWERTY layout; use your own bindings if you changed them.

2. You need to find a craftsman with the right specialty (armorer, blacksmith, etc.) for the type of item you wish to craft and with enough skill to craft an item of its quality.
3. On the left, you can see a list of crafting diagrams in your possession. In the middle, you can see the components and cost required to craft the selected item. To craft an item, find a craftsman with the correct specialty (armorer, blacksmith, etc.) and sufficient skill.
4. If a craftsman has a component you're missing, you can buy it immediately. Select the item and press Right Mouse Button
5. Craftsmen need to eat, too! To have them craft an item, you must pay them for their services. If you have the required coin, press Enter to craft the currently selected diagram.
6. You've picked up the first item in a set of elite witcher gear. Such items can be upgraded by taking them to a craftsman and providing an appropriate diagram, so hang on to them, even if you find something better.

   Success signal：On the right side of the screen is a detailed description of the currently selected item.
