Gunther’s Ancestral Weapon: Conditions and Hidden Tomb

Research steps

1. Summon Gunther at your base, hear his wake-up introduction, then speak again for the ancestral-weapon topic. The configured conditions require rescue, the introduction heard, the lead not yet started and no Ancestral Star pickup record.

2. At Hidden Tomb Entry, identify the upper cave area with webs and eggs. Follow the descending switchbacks to the middle platform with pottery, continue along the side passage to its turn, then take the second descent to the lower level corridor. Do not drop straight toward the weapon marker. This passage remains unconfirmed; check for webs and objects blocking your way.

   Success signal：Reach the lower level and continue along the corridor toward the hidden stone door.

3. On the lower level, follow the pottery and skeleton-lined corridor to the hidden stone door. Approach and use Open. Use the door’s Open prompt directly. If no prompt appears, recheck the wall and your position rather than treating it as passable.

   Success signal：The stone door opens and the corridor beyond is visible.

4. Beyond the stone door, follow the corridor past webs and burial urns, then descend to the sarcophagus between iron railings. Open it and transfer Ancestral Star into your inventory. This coffin contains one Ancestral Star. If already empty, check inventory and collection records; repeat acquisition and refresh conditions are not established, so reopening is not a promise of another copy.

   Success signal：Ancestral Star is recorded as picked up; return to your base to check the tapestry topic.

5. Return to Gunther after obtaining Ancestral Star and check the tapestry topic. A character who already picked up the weapon may no longer meet the weapon topic’s “not picked up” condition; this does not mean the weapon is lost. Do not discard it to retrigger the lead.
