- Find the merchant at Place of Awakening to unlock accessory upgrades. Enter the village via the crossroads and the outer camp gate.
- Speak to the old man at his hideout, then defeat Zhuo Bi, the Gatekeeper for the shield. You can return to the forest dungeon and pass its mechanism with the shield. ① Old Man Gen's Hideout
- From Well of the Three Puppets, remove the red threads at the covered bridge and explore the statue grounds and puppet test site. Collect all the ribbons before the fight to unlock the extra phase against Mu Xiaokui.
