One ranged attack cannot be blocked. Move across its line of fire or dodge, then close from the side. Perfect-block the blue-flash strike just before impact. Once the combo starts, watch for the follow-up hits. Counter when the last strike misses. Probe with a short attack in melee. The enemy can counter, so stop the string if the opener misses.
