Follow the upper path for 40 m, turn left and walk another 9 m to speak to Zhang at ④. Thieves' Camp · Speak to Zhang at his hideout, then open his shop · Remnant Dust × 7440 At the cage in MOUNTAIN OF IMPRISONMENT, once the captive has died and the cage is open, examine the cage and finish the dialogue.
