What to check if the recipe is missing
Use “Small Chest → Enchant Chest”. Keep the original chest, prepare the listed materials, then enchant it. This transforms the existing chest rather than granting an extra one; no separate quest is needed solely for this independent knowledge check.
Crafting steps

1. Prepare and place the existing Small Chest. This operation upgrades that chest.
2. Gather ingredients
2. Gather the ingredients for one craft: Shroud Spores × 6.
3. Crafting location
3. Interact with Small Chest and choose “Enchant Chest” in its menu. Check the materials and confirm; a separate crafter is not required.
4. Check the result
4. Check that the original chest has become Small Magic Chest × 1. The output count identifies the upgrade target; it does not mean an extra chest is granted.
