Follow a related quest to the landmark and inspect accessible surrounding paths; floors and caves may be separated. This is not a complete spawn range or a guarantee of an encounter.
Approach and preparation
Use terrain cover when approaching a ranged enemy and avoid drawing nearby melee enemies.
Drops and related materials
Spider Gland: the client item description explicitly says it can be collected from poison-spitting spiders. Check loot after defeating one, then your inventory. Quantity and chance are unconfirmed. Follow the item link for antidote crafting connections.
