Leave a lateral escape route and prepare to attack briefly between spits.
Fight plan: evade and counter
1. Leave its front when the claw attack starts instead of staying opposite its head.; 2. Move when it spits; after the projectile passes, choose a brief melee or ranged counter.; 3. Watch its roll direction even when flanking and leave its path as the roll begins.
Mistakes to avoid
Either side can be attacked; do not stay pressed against one flank.
